Sunday Service Format

We seek to please God with our worship and instruct and inspire people in how to live more fully for God. We emphasize contemporary worship with songs that are culturally current. We also value the rich heritage of hymns that the church in past centuries has passed down to us, so we usually sing one or two hymns.

We encourage the spontaneous involvement of the congregation in our services. We believe that all of the charismatic gifts of the Holy Spirit listed in 1 Corinthians 12 are in operation today and we encourage their use and development. Our Sunday morning worship bulletin states the following: We value the spontaneous, Spirit-led participation of God's people in our services! If you feel led to share a prophecy, testimony, Scripture or prayer, please submit it to the pastor or an elder. Thank you.

Nursery care is available for children up through four years of age in our nursery and toddler room during our 10:30 worship service. We stress safety and cleanliness in this ministry that is run by trained and conscientious volunteers.

We provide a fellowship time with refreshments after our 10:30 service which is open to everyone.
